The GalvaPro Tyre Rack is made from galvanised steel and is the perfect choice for mechanics looking to store tyres. This metal rack is specifically designed for tyre storage and stands out on account of its customisable height, width and storage levels.

Each level can be adjusted in 25mm increments, so you can store tyres of different sizes in the same rack. Discover all the benefits of the GalvaPro Tyre Rack today!

Among the different models of tyre racks in the Ractem catalogue, the GalvaPro Tyre Rack stands out due to its galvanised steel finish and easy, boltless assembly.

The fact that the shelves can be adjusted is also a huge plus point for this tyre rack, as it means you can store different types of tyres in the same bay. The depth of the rack is fixed at 400mm, but the height is customisable (2000mm or 3000mm), as are the width and number of levels (2, 3 or 4).

Aside from the multitude of setups available, another of the advantages of GalvaPro racks is that they can connected into rows. Each row consists of one starter bay and as many extension bays as required to meet your storage needs.

  • A starter bay: This type of bay is composed of 4 uprights and as many storage levels as you would like. It can be installed independently and does not necessarily need to be connected to another bay.
  • An extension bay: This type of bay is composed of 2 uprights and as many storage levels as you would like. It is always installed alongside another bay, with which it will share a set of uprights, as shown in the image below.

To calculate the total length of the row, you should add 80mm to the width of the starter bay and 6mm to each extension bay in the row. For the depth, you should add 36mm to each bay. Additionally, we recommend leaving a gap of 100mm on either side of the row.
