Aside from looking the part, our wire shelving bays are also perfect for storing goods in shops, offices, hospitals and homes, given that they can support uniformly distributed loads of up to 150kg per shelf. With their boltless assembly, they can also be put together quickly and easily.
Thanks to their carefully considered designs, both the chrome and black epoxy finishes offer tough and durable protection for this model of shelving bay. These coatings also improve their aesthetics and performance in different settings.
The chrome plating process applies a thin layer of chrome over the surface of our shelving units, using a technique known as electroplating, to give them a shiny, mirrored finish.
The black epoxy paint is a specialised coating composed of an epoxy resin and a curing agent, which is used to protect and enhance our shelving.
Both finishes give our range of shelving units added durability and solidity.
With either coating, our shelving becomes:
- Highly resistant to corrosion and wear
- Protected against scratches and damage from abrasive products
- Easier to clean and maintain
- More eye-catching (for environments where both aesthetics and functionality are important).

Chrome finishes give a metallic, shiny and reflective appearance, with a smooth surface that makes cleaning easier and prevents the build-up of dirt. This option is best for areas in offices and shops where the shelving will be visible to the public.
Epoxy paint provides insulation, a uniform, matte black coating that’s completely impermeable and improved protection against impacts. This finish combines functionality and design with long-term protection.

Our chrome and epoxy-paint shelving units stand out on account of their durability and versatility, as is typical of our HORECA shelving units, and they can be either installed individually or combined into a whole row of bays. They were conceived and designed to be adaptable to any environment or setting.
They are made from high-quality steel, boast a boltless assembly system and can accommodate items of different sizes, with shelves that can be adjusted in 25mm increments.
The dimensions available will vary based on the finish you choose. The chrome option is available in heights ranging from 900 to 2200mm, widths of between 600 and 1500mm and depths of 350, 450 or 600mm. Shelving units with the matte black finish can be customised to have a height of 1800, 2000 or 2200mm, a width of 900 or 1200mm, and a depth of 350, 450 or 600mm.
